What you will do:

  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service

What you bring:

  • Customer Service/Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Service Titan experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Desire to help serve customers
  • Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
  • Must be 18 or older

 

Schedule:

  • Friday - Monday 8 AM - 6 PM; Friday & Monday in office, Saturday & Sunday remote
  • Training will be 2 weeks Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Range:

  • $18-$22/hr with additional opportunities via SPIFFS
