What YOU Will Do:
- Collaborate closely with the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and collecting plumbing tools and equipment required for each job.
- Perform cutting and opening of walls and structures to facilitate job completion as needed.
- Work alongside the lead installer on plumbing installations and repairs in customers' homes.
- Utilize trade software, such as Service Titan, to track repairs and completed work accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes and standards to ensure compliance.
- Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all working environments.
- Perform any additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
What We Need from YOU:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new processes and techniques
- Must pass a motor vehicle, background check, and drug screen
- Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability
